Items are handmade and bear the story of their maker. This is not considered a flaw.

If you receive a faulty product, please notify hello@quimjewellery.com right away and we will 1. Repair the item, 2. Replace the item (If we cannot repair) 3. Refund the item (If we cannot repair or replace).

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. quimjewellery.com takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.

QuimJewellery.com can not be held responsible for defects due to:

Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness. Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging. Please contact hello@quimjewellery.com if you have any issues.

The silicone has specific care instructions that must be followed:

• It must only be stretched up to 5% of its length when worn
• It will grip to clothing and surfaces so care is needed, especially when removing clothing.
• It will collect dust/fibres over time. Gently rub clean with a small about of Vaseline, coconut oil or similar. Alternatively carefully wash with soap and water and air dry.
